Richard is a native and second-generation real estate professional of the Pacific Northwest.
He has been successfully involved in the real estate industry since 1974, first in commercial real
estate, and in residential since 1993. Rich earned the designation of Certified Residential
Specialist in 2002, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to excellence within his profession.
Now affiliated with Windermere Real Estate / East, Inc. from his downtown Bellevue office,
Rich is continuing his career with the backing of the Northwest’s premier full service
real estate company. He is an active alumni of the University of Washington, and resides in Bellevue.
